Terms of Service

By using produk.co, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

Account

• You log in using a Google account and are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Fake accounts or duplicate accounts used to increase votes will be deleted.
• Usernames must not impersonate others, other brands, or contain offensive language.

Products that can be submitted

• Digital products (apps, sites, tools, AI, games) or local brand products owned by you or your team.
• Products must be accessible or purchasable, not just a waiting list.
• Not allowed: online gambling, illegal online loans, fraudulent investments, adult content, pirated products, fraud, or anything that violates Indonesian law.
• Not allowed to submit products owned by others, resellers, dropshippers, or service company profiles.
• Product information must be honest. Do not claim to have features, users, or awards that do not exist.

Review and launch schedule

• Every product is reviewed before going live. We may reject, postpone, or take down products that violate the rules, with or without notice.
• Free launches run weekly with limited slots. If slots are full, your product will be included the following week.
• A verified badge is given if a produk.co badge or tag is found on your product's site. If the badge is removed, verification can be revoked.
• Outbound links to product sites use the nofollow attribute, unless a paid package explicitly states otherwise.

Votes and comments

• Votes must be genuine. Buying votes, mass vote exchanges, or using bots will result in product disqualification.
• Comments must be polite and relevant. Spam, promotion of other products, SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, intergroup relations), hate speech, and harassment will be removed.

Your content

You remain the owner of the text, logos, and images you upload. By uploading them, you grant produk.co permission to display, resize, and share them on the produk.co site, preview cards, and social media for as long as the product is live. Ensure you have the right to use all content you upload.

Limitation of liability

produk.co only displays products submitted by makers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or claims of any product, and are not involved in transactions between you and makers. The service is provided as is and may change or stop at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using produk.co and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
