Delete account & data
You can delete your produk.co account any time, on your own, without waiting for us.
How to delete your account
- Log in to produk.co with the same Google account.
- Open Edit profile, then scroll to the very bottom, Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm.
- Press Delete account permanently. Your account is deleted right away and you are logged out.
What gets deleted
- Profile: name, username, bio, city, links, and photo.
- Every product you submitted, including its logo and images.
- All your votes and comments, including replies under your comments.
- Notifications and login sessions on every device.
Exception: catalog products you claimed are not deleted. They go back to being produk.co catalog products without your name, since you didn't list them originally.
How long until it's really gone
Data in the database and its images are deleted immediately. Backups may still contain your data for up to 30 days before it is removed too. Pages already stored by search engines can take a few days to disappear from results.
Only want to delete part of it?
- Products: open Dashboard and press Delete on the product.
- Comments: press Delete on your own comment on the product page.
- Votes: press the vote button again to undo it.
Can't log in anymore?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account", from the email address on your account, and include your username. We'll delete it manually and let you know by email.
Access from Google
produk.co login only takes your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account. After deleting your account, you can also remove produk.co's access in your Google account settings.
